Our school is in the centre of Milan, a big city in the north of Italy. This is a Scientific High School with about 800 students , from 14 to 19, and 70 teachers. If everything goes right the students in a class will live together for 5 years, 5 hours a day from 8.20 am to 1.15 pm (Italian time).

The school curriculum incudes a lot of subjects such as: Maths, Science (Biology, Chemestry, Anatomy), Italian, Latin, English (grammar in the first 2 years "biennio" and literature in the last three years "triennio"), Philosophy, History, Physic, Art, Gym.

We also work in labs, during our Science and Physics lessons we experiment what we have studied in class, during our English lessons we see films, listen to and sing songs. In the computer room (IT) we surf on the net and search informations for researches. We have a good library in which we can study, chat or surf on the net when we have some time.

Even if our gymnasiums are not very well equipped, sport is very important for our school, basket and volley teams of different classes compete with one another. Once a year, in winter, a skiing and, in spring, athletic competition are organized; in May  some of us can attend a sailing course in Sardegna.

These are just some of the occasions we have to stay together and to enjoy ourselves. In the afternoon we can take part to different activities such as theatre, cinema, basketball and volleyball.
